World Bank Project Implementation Unit under the Department of Water Resources and Land Improvement, financed by Global Agriculture and Food Security Program under the Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition Improvement Project, (Grant TF0A0645) announces a competition for the position: PROCUREMENT SPECILAIST
Qualification requirements:

1. Higher education in business, economics, finance, law, engineering or other relevant field;
2. Work experience in the procurement of international donor projects for at least 3 years;
3. Practical experience and skills in all aspects of procurement of goods, works and consulting services in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines;
4. High level of integrity in all aspects of the procurement activities of the project, confirmed by reference letters;
5. Knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages.

Good communication skills, ability to work in team.

The interested candidates shall submit letter of interest, CV in Russian and English languages, reference letters (at least two), as well as copies of appropriate diplomas and/or certificates till 18-00 hours on November 17, 2017 at the following address:
