Bids shall be delivered to the following address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek city, Toktonaliev Street 4а, room #103, until 15:00 hrs. of local time, December 12, 2017. Electronic competitive bidding is not allowed.
Late bids will be rejected and returned to the bidders unopened.
