1. 1. Name of contract: Rehabilitation (major repair) of irrigation scheme of WUA “Тоktomush”, Jumgal rayon of Naryn oblast

The Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has received funding from Global Agriculture and Food Security Program administered by the World Bank towards the cost under the Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition Improvement Project Grant #TFOA0645, and intends to use part of funds for payments under the Rehabilitation (major repair) contract of irrigation scheme of WUA “Тоktomush”, Jumgal rayon of Naryn oblast # APNIP/C.1/CW/NCB/04.

1. 1. Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition Improvement Project Implementation Unit under the Department of Water Resources and Land Improvement invites eligible bidders to submit in a sealed form the bids on rehabilitation (major repair) of irrigation scheme of WUA “Тоktomush”, Jumgal rayon of Naryn oblast to perform the following civil works:

1. 1. Earthworks;
   2. Concrete, reinforced concrete and cast-in-situ concrete works;
   3. Hydrotechnical structures.
   4. Metal works
2. The bidding will be held according to the National Competitive Bidding procedures in accordance with the World Bank Guidelines: Guidelines on procurement of goods, works and non-consulting services by the Borrowers of the World Bank on IBRD Loans and Credits and IDA Grants (Guidelines of 2011, revised July 2014), and are open to all eligible bidders, as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition to it, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7, which set out the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
3. The interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Department of Water Resources and Land Improvement, Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition Improvement Project and review the bidding documents during business hours from 09:00 to 18:00 hours at the address below.
4. Eligible bidders may procure a complete package of bidding documents in Russian when submitting a written application to the address below and after paying a non-refundable amount of 3000 (three thousand) KGS. 5. Bids shall be delivered to the address below at the specified time or earlier on December 22, 2017 until 11:00 local time in Naryn city, Lenin Street 188, in the building of the Naryn OVK on the 2nd floor. Electronic bidding is not allowed. Late bids will be rejected. Opening of bids will take place in physical form in the presence of representatives of bidders and everyone who wishes to attend, at the address indicated above.
6. All bids shall be supported by the Bid Security for the amount of: 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand) Kyrgyz soms;
