REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST <\/strong>
\nKyrgyz<\/strong> Republic<\/strong>
\nAgricultural Productivity and Nutrition Improvement Project<\/strong> (APNIP)<\/strong>
\nName of assignment:<\/u><\/strong> Training Organization in order to support Self-Help Groups <\/strong>\u2013 <\/strong>for southern region<\/strong><\/span>, #APNIP\/C.3\/CS\/CQS\/06.<\/strong>
\nThe Government of the Kyrgyz Republic has received funding from Global Agriculture and Food Security Program administered by the World Bank towards the cost under the Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition Improvement Project Grant #TFOA0645, and intends to use part of funds for payments of consulting services.
\nConsulting services (Services) include training services in order to <\/u>support Self-Help Groups <\/u>\u2013 <\/u>for southern region<\/u>. Terms of Reference for this assignment will be provided upon written request, which was sent to the e-mail specified below.<\/strong>
\nDepartment of Water Resources and Land Improvement invites eligible consulting companies (Consultants) to express interest in providing Services. Interested Consultants shall provide information, which confirms that they have required qualification and appropriate experience to provide Services.
\nMinimum qualification requirements:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. five years of work experience (minimum) in providing consulting and training services focusing to household plots sector;<\/li>\n
  2. 3 years of work experience (minimum) in projects, which working with SHGs, women groups or with the same non-governmental organizations;<\/li>\n
  3. Knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages. Knowledge of English is an advantage;<\/li>\n
  4. Knowledge of basic principles of agriculture and nutrition;<\/li>\n
  5. Experience in service delivery in regions\/oblasts of the Kyrgyz Republic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We ask interested companies to pay attention to the item 1.9 and 1.11 Guidelines on Selection and Recruitment of Consultants by the Borrowers of the World Bank on IDA Grant.<\/em>
    \nSelection of consultancy is conducted in accordance with \u201cGuidelines on Selection and Recruitment of Consultants by the Borrowers of the World Bank on IDA Grant\u201d, published in January 2011 as amended in 2014.
    \nExpress of interest can be submitted both by individual firm and several firms in form of consortium\/subcontract for consultancy. Members of consortium are bears joint and individual responsibility for the whole assignment. Experience of sub-consultant in shortlisting is not taken into account. Consultant will be selected by Consultant`s Qualification-based Selection method, stipulated in Guidelines on Recruitment of Consultants.
