President of the Kyrgyz Republic has visited the construction subproject of the APNIP project

On September 26, 2019, His Excellency, Sooronbai Zheenbekov the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, during the official trip, has visited Issyk-Kul oblast.

During the official trip the head of state has visited the irrigation subprojects of WUA “Belsovhoz O” Djety Oguz rayon, which currently under the rehabilitation works through the “Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition Improvement Project” financed by the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program and administered by the World Bank

Zh. Tashtanaliev, Director of the State Water Resources Agency under the GKR, gave a detailed information about “Agricultural Productivity and Nutrition Improvement Project”.

The Director of the Contractor involved in the rehabilitation of the WUA irrigation network spoke about the work being done. President has reminded about the responsibility for executed construction works and noted that construction work should be carried out efficiently and on time.
